Legalize that shit already. I'd make a whole blog about how ridiculous it is, but I like to think that my reader(s) are already aware of how ridiculous it is. Fidiculous, even. And I dare you to disagree with me.

Okay... I agree that it should be legal, but I fail to see how it would solve the economic crisis.
Taxes. If it were legal, the government could tax it. Think how much money people spend on marijuana a month. Now imagine the tax revenue. A bada and then a bing.
This is good, in theory, but what about all of the underground sales that would almost certainly continue, and perhaps even increase due to the whole being taxed business. The criminal element (the people who deal the 'juana now) are not exactly the types to just take a cut in their profits. Or...you know...allow themselves to go outta business because of some government subsidized pot farm.

Sure, but I'm not sure why you'd continue buying underground when you can get perfectly fine stuff legally at the store. You can sell anything illegally, but there's got to be a reason for people to want to buy it illegally. Most people would just go to the store.
